The primary objective of the Association is to keep in touch with former students.
This not only enables the faculty to be aware of what the alumni is doing, but also
gives former students an opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with
the faculty and current students. Students who are already placed in reputed firms
act as resource persons by organizing guest lectures, providing suggestions for
change in syllabus or value added courses based on the demands of the market/industry.
They bridge the gap between academics and the industry, by informing the faculty
of the latest developments and changes which can be incorporated into the syllabus.
Students who are pursuing higher studies are invited to give lectures to the current
students to inform students of the various options available in terms of courses.
They also guide students on how to prepare for the numerous entrance exams such
as CAT, CET etc.
